Thankful Thursday

Today I am thankful for the usual things like my family, amazing friends, roof over my head, food on the table etc etc but todays post is about things that I am thankful for that have helped me stay sane with fussy babies. :)

First of all is the ocean wonders swing. This thing was a lifesaver with both kids. Lilly would only sleep if she was on my chest or in the swing. We would constantly carry it upstairs and downstairs, that dh almost had me convinced to buy a second one. Lilly used it until well over a year. Lukas enjoys the swing as well but definitely not as much as Lilly did. He does still use it though when he is having a hard time sleeping or if he just wants to relax and get away from the twins. :)

Secondly, my carriers. I got my very first carrier for our trip to Germany when Lilly was 6 weeks old. It was a life saver at the airport and on day trips where a stroller was more of a pain. I loved it and was hooked. I've had many other carriers and used many of them with Lukas and the twins as well.
Lilly thinks babywearing is great too when her babies are fussy:

And of course I am thankful for the ultimate comforting tool.

We have the same swing too! I am soooo thankful for it, its a lifesaver! B stopped using it when she was 6 months but Collier is 10 months and uses it everyday!

Love the picture of Lilly bf. Brenna does that too, and it just melts my heart!

Ah yes the swing... Elijah's so heavy that ours won't swing back and forth anymore but he still naps in it. ha!

And I love Lilly baywearing and breastfeeding - gonna be a great momma someday just like her mom!
